This recipe is full of delicious winter flavours, all brought together by the distinctive Seriously® taste – a classic to enjoy with the whole family.

1. Heat the oven to 230°C/Gas 8. Spread the squash, onion and carrots over a baking tray. Drizzle with oil, season and roast for 20 mins, adding the beans and half the sage leaves after 15 mins.
2. Pour milk into a pan, add the flour and butter and cook over a medium heat, stirring with a hand whisk until boiling and smooth. Chop remaining sage and add to the pan with two-thirds of the Seriously® Cheddar. Season and add nutmeg.
3. Spoon one-third of the sauce over the base of a 1.75 litre ovenproof dish. Cover with one-third of the lasagne sheets, in a single layer, and half the vegetables. Repeat the layers of lasagne and veg and finish with a layer of lasagne sheets and the remaining sauce. Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar and the Parmesan over the top and bake for 40 mins until golden.
