Macaroni |

Spring onions |
1 bunch, trimmed and chopped |
Half-fat crème fraîche |
500ml |
Dijon mustard |

Seriously® Mature Cheddar |
200g, grated |
1. Set the oven to 200°c, gas 6. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Add the macaroni, return to the boil, then simmer for 8 mins
2. Add spring onions, cook for 2 mins.
3. Drain macaroni with the onions, return it to the pan and stir in the crème fraîche, mustard and most of the grated Seriously Strong cheese. Stir and season generously with salt and ground black pepper.
4. Pour into an ovenproof dish, sprinkle on the remaining cheese and bake for 20 mins until golden.
