Out of 12,772 products sent in from over 100 different countries, our Seriously® Strong Extra Mature Cheddar was awarded 1-star Great Taste award, which means judges dubbed it “a food that delivers fantastic flavour”.
The Great Taste symbol is the guarantee a product has been through a rigorous and independent judging process. It’s not about smart packaging or clever marketing – it’s all about taste.
Seriously® Strong Extra Mature cheddar is a wonderfully rich and tangy cheese with a crumbly texture and tantalising crunch – the hallmark of a proper mature cheddar. Every block of Seriously Strong Extra Mature made at our creamery in Stranraer is typically matured for 14 months, then carefully selected by our cheese graders for its full-bodied flavour and spicy tang. Seriously Strong is Red Tractor assured, and one of the largest buyers of milk in Scotland, producing the finest quality cheddar every year. Now that’s something that makes us feel seriously proud.
