1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Start by placing your mushrooms onto a baking tray. Spread some Seriously Spreadable over each mushroom and place into the oven for 35 minutes.
3. When your mushrooms are nearly done, slice up your gherkins and cut you buns in half and heat them up.
4. Assembly Time! Once the mushrooms are cooked, take them out of the oven. Line the bottom of your bun with a spread of Seriously Spreadable, add a mushroom, a dollop of chutney, a small handful of rocket and some gherkin slices. Next, add another mushroom, another dollop of chutney, a small handful of rocket and a final spread of Seriously Spreadable on the top bun. Repeat for each burger and tuck in to this delicious Seriously Spreadable burger.

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a round baking dish. baking dish.
2. Crack the eggs into a large jug and lightly whisk with a fork.
3. Add the Seriously Spreadable and chives and mix again.
4. Pour this mixture into the dish and then top with the slices of prosciutto rolled up. Sprinkle on the grated cheddar cheese and then bake for 20 minutes.
5. Allow to cool a little before cutting into 4 large or 8 small slices.
CREAMY TAGLIATELLE, A RECIPE FROM @KERRYWHELPDALE

1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil, then cook the tagliatelle according to pack instructions. Drain the pastas.
2. Meanwhile cooking pasta heat one tablespoon olive oil in a pan and brown the garlic and onions. Add prawns and saute for a couple minutes until cooked. Remove from the heat, lift out the prawns and add them to the pastas once cooked.
3. Then add your Seriously Spreadable, Toss everything together and heat for a few minutes. Serve straight away and enjoy!

1. Cook 400g of pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside, keep a small cup of cooking water.
2. Put the same pan back on the hob, add a drizzle of olive oil and the broccolis (reserve a little of the green bits for garnish).
3. Add your Seriously Spreadable and stir until molten and gorgeous.
4. Add your pasta and mix through. Loosen with a little of your reserved cooking water.
5. Taste, season if needed and serve! Enjoy!

1. Boil the pastas and add your Seriously Spreadable.
2. Make little balls with the pastas.
3. Put the balls in the fridge for an hour. Crumble the egg.
4. Put the balls in the crumbled egg, then in the flour and then in the crisps/ bread crumbs.
5. Heat one tablespoon olive oil in a pan and add the balls. Then cook until golden. It is ready! Enjoy!
SPINACH AND CHEESE TOASTED SANDWICH MADE WITH SERIOUSLY SPREADABLE, A RECIPE FROM @MYFUSSYEATER

1. Add the spinach to a large jug and cover with boiling water. Leave for about 30-45 seconds until the spinach has wilted a little. Drain well and remove all excess water.
2. Spread the Seriously Spreadable onto one slice of the tiger bread and add the pesto on top. Next add the wilted and drained spinach, finishing with the second slice of tiger bread.
3. Melt the butter in a grill pan and fry the sandwich for 2 minutes on one side and then 1 minute on the other side until golden brown.
4. Serve immediately.
