OUR COWS LOVE SPRING GRASS

The climate here in south west Scotland make our spring grass rich and packed full of proteins. Our happy free ranging cows get to eat like queens roaming the lush pastures of South West Scotland, our herds are a bonnie bunch that are never more than 90 miles from our Stranraer factory.

QUALITY CHEDDAR STARTS WITH HIGH QUALITY MILK

High in protein and a healthier fat profile, because of their diet, the milk produced by our herds is the highest quality. We grade our cheddar up to four times before it makes it on to your plate or into your picnic. You only get to eat it when its full of flavour.
